Company Description
We are looking for an experienced Outsourcing Project Manager to lead and manage strategic outsourcing initiatives across the organization. This role requires exceptional project management skills, expertise in vendor management, and the ability to align outsourcing activities with organizational goals. You will design and oversee the full lifecycle of outsourcing projects, from planning and vendor selection to execution and monitoring, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
Project Management
· Design the business frame work of all the outsourcing projects inside the organization together with the stakeholders
· Lead end-to-end outsourcing projects, including planning, vendor selection, implementation, and performance evaluation.
· Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Vendor Management
· Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with outsourcing vendors.
· Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage vendor performance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to optimize collaboration and results.
Strategic Analysis and Planning
· Conduct "Make or Buy" analyses to determine outsourcing feasibility.
· Provide insights into market trends and recommend cost-effective outsourcing strategies.
· Monitor and analyze outsourcing project metrics to improve performance and cost efficiency.
Compliance and Risk Management
· Ensure all outsourcing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
· Identify risks associated with outsourcing projects and implement mitigation strategies.
· Regularly review and update outsourcing policies, contracts, and procedures.
Training and Knowledge Transfer
· Train and mentor internal teams to manage outsourcing relationships effectively.
· Develop and disseminate best practices for managing outsourced functions.
Reporting and Documentation
· Prepare comprehensive project reports and dashboards for senior management.
· Maintain detailed records of outsourcing agreements, performance reviews, and related documentation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, outsourcing, or vendor management.
· Strong knowledge of outsourcing models, procurement processes, and contract management.
· Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
· French language is required
