About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves scaling the department in collaboration with local leadership, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer for new services. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive training plans, managing team performance, and establishing a robust operational framework to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The manager will be responsible for facilitating alignment with the company’s goals, ensuring that all teams work collaboratively to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Scale up the department in collaboration with existing local leadership (office space & personnel).
• Provide direct input in the selection and recruitment process.
• Lead the transition and knowledge transfer for new services.
• Develop comprehensive training plans and detailed process documentation.
• Directly manage 3-5 Team Managers and indirectly oversee 50-70 employees.
• Implement, execute, and maintain the Dals Performance Management system.
• Establish a robust, mature, and scalable operational framework to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all functions.
• Ensure monthly focus delivery targets are met while maintaining a strategic approach to achieving business objectives.
• Manage team workloads efficiently and effectively, even during high-demand periods.
