Your Role
As an Office Manager with HR Responsibilities, you will oversee daily office management while supporting our HR operations. This dual-role position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will be a key player in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring our HR processes run seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of experience in office coordination or a similar administrative role.
  • Proven ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Strong communication skills with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for quality and detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

​Key Responsibilities:​
  • Assist with HR administration across the full employee lifecycle (e.g., recruitment, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, and employment changes).
  • Review and update policies, procedures, handbooks, and standard operating guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain confidential HR files for employees.
  • Support the monthly payroll process.
  • Track HR databases, including leave and sickness records, and generate absence reports for the Finance team.
  • Provide general HR support and assist in rolling out new initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement and help drive a culture of high performance.
  • Manage ad hoc HR-related tasks as needed.
Office Management Duties:
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies to ensure availability at all times.
  • Foster a positive and comfortable office environment for all employees.
  • Develop and manage relationships with building management and maintenance providers.
  • Plan and organize team events, including quarterly team-building activities, social gatherings, and annual parties.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, check-ins, hotels, and transfers for global travel.
  • Process expense claims and manage purchase orders.
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
