• 1-2 year experience as Office Manager
• Good command of MS Office
• English – Advanced

• Manages all aspects of organizational activities;
• Handles the relations with suppliers and with headquarters;
• Supports the team in terms of administrative tasks;
• Acts as interface between the team and clients / trading partners / others;
• Organizes the office, and is responsible for all routine administrative tasks;
• Organizes the director / managers agenda, travel bookings;
• Participates various projects in collaboration with other departments at their request;
• Organizes complex events (travel arrangements and approvals, visa where applicable) for all employees;
• Prepares various reports and presentations;
• Organizes meetings internal / external;
• Ensures appropriate delegation of tasks / duties when the team members are out of office
