Fluent English Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is required.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers.
Evening Shift Availability: Ability to work late evenings reliably. Hours will be 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating remotely with team members across different locations. (USA based company)
Experience Preferred: Previous experience in medical billing or coding is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Job Description
Your Role:
Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely payments.
Maintain and update patient billing records with precision.
Adhere to all healthcare compliance and confidentiality standards.
Complete assigned tasks by your designated account manager.
Verify patients' insurance coverage.
Prepare and submit clean claims to various insurance companies, both electronically and by paper.
Address inquiries from patients, clerical staff, and insurance companies.
Review and resolve unpaid and denied claims promptly.
Manage collections on unpaid accounts and oversee Accounts Receivable reports.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
Submit pre-authorization requests to insurance companies and track their due dates.
