Key Responsibilities:

•Marketing Plan Development: Support the creation and execution of a strategic marketing plan to position CHEP as an industry leader in the CE region, focusing on Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.
•Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns to help the sales team secure new business.
•Social Media Management: Develop social media plans and manage CHEP’s presence on key social platforms.
•Website Management: Oversee and update the company website content to ensure relevance and engagement.
•Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
•Localized Marketing Activities: Execute country-specific marketing, PR, and media activities, aligning with regional strategies.
•Brand Governance: Ensure all marketing programs adhere to global brand standards and align with global initiatives.
•Sales Support: Provide the Commercial Teams with appropriate marketing and sales materials to support the sales process throughout the Buyer’s Journey.
•Customer Engagement: Support customer communications, loyalty, and advocacy initiatives by developing action plans to improve customer loyalty based on data analysis.
•Budget Administration: Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with suppliers effectively.
