- 1-2 years of experience in business reporting and analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Query;
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage;
- Highly developed analytical skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Intermediate level of English – written and spoken.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Sales Space: Create efficient solutions to maximize store performance;
- Collaborate: Work closely with various departments to implement proposed changes;
- Analyze and Recommend: Provide recommendations based on detailed sales performance analyses;
- Support Business Initiatives: Contribute to the company's strategy through planning and execution;
- Monitor Trends: Stay updated with market trends and support new store formats;
- Maintain Databases: Ensure that planogram and store performance databases are updated, accurate, and complete;
- Support Analysis Development: Proactively engage in the continuous development of planogram and store-level analyses using BI tools;
- Evaluate Impact: Analyze the results of implemented projects and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
