Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a qualified Recruiting Coordinator to be a part of MSC Crewing Services (Romania). The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the recruitment and selection of seafarers. This includes:
Sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting interviews
Evaluating candidates' qualifications and experience
Making recommendations for hiring
Maintaining candidate records
Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Qualifications
Strong understanding of the maritime industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent oral and written English
