Logistics and Procurement Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a similar role within the EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment and services.
• Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts and purchase order management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions.
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and distribution, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to forecast procurement needs and plan logistics activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement and logistics in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement and logistics activities.
