As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding key business processes and system solutions supporting those processes; troubleshooting daily operational issues; maintenance of metrics supporting the SCO (Supply Chain Optimization) program; management of data needed for program on-boarding and daily operations; coordination and follow up with regional and global team leaders on various logistics reports; Emerson carrier’s contract management; Carrier Risk Assessment tool and processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Perform configuration and programming set-up to troubleshoot issues in Oracle Transportation Management tool.
* Provide user support, trainings and problem resolution to both internal and external collaborators.
* Work closely with regional and global teams on creating and updating Emerson Corporate carriers’ contracts though the Contract Management processes.
* Manage the Program Operations Help Desk and provide daily logistics support globally.
* Run reports and work with service providers to improve the Supply Chain Optimization program metrics for EMEA region.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain operations or closely related business management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Familiarity with logistics tools and systems.
* Experience working in a matrix organization.
