Leasing Manager Sinsay

• Able to handle confidential matters and manage sensitive information appropriately;

• Available for frequent business trips;

• Active driver with valid driver’s license;

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;

• Very good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finding real estate locations according to brand’s standards and individual goals in Romania;

• Management of the existing Real Estate portfolio of Sinsay stores in Ro;

• Maintain and build relationships with landlords and agencies;

• Conducting negotiations on new and existing lease agreements;

• Manage administrative activities related to lease contracts;

• Handling all internal documentation in relation to leasing procedures;

• Track record of existing and new contracts ;

• Regular reporting about action and results;

• Market research and preparation of market studies;

• Participates actively in the development of the expansion strategy for the Sinsay brand in the Ro market;
