Job Description
Your Role in a Nutshell:
- Coordinate and monitor the KYC team to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Verify clients and periodically update their data in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulations (e.g., AML, FATCA).
- Review and update KYC procedures in line with legislative changes.
- Supervise and support the KYC specialists, including task allocation and ongoing training.
- Evaluate team performance and develop strategies to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and assess client-related risks during the KYC process.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on identified risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Implement new technologies or systems to support the KYC process.
- Ensure proper collection, verification, and archiving of KYC documents.
- Regularly review documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong team coordination and monitoring skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent collaboration and team spirit.
- Knowledge of international regulations and KYC compliance rules.
- Understanding of local and international standards in compliance and risk management.
