We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the sales efforts for our eMobility EV charging solutions, focusing on municipalities and public administrations, big customers, and public tenders. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and securing sales agreements for EV charging stations, contributing to the transition towards sustainable urban mobility.

- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and market share goals for EV charging solutions.
Identify and prioritize key municipalities, large corporate clients, and government entities as strategic customers. - Municipality & Big Customer Engagement:
Engage with municipal decision-makers, urban planners, sustainability teams, and large businesses to understand their EV infrastructure needs.
Develop customized proposals showcasing the benefits and ROI of implementing EV charging solutions. - Public Tenders:
Monitor and analyze public tenders and bidding opportunities for EV charging infrastructure.
Prepare compelling proposals and bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and deadlines. - Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with municipalities, large corporate clients, and public sector entities. - Market & Product Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments in eMobility and EV infrastructure. - Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful project implementation. - Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and tender opportunities to management.
Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, opportunities, and progress toward targets.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field..
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or public sector engagement.
- Background in eMobility, EV infrastructure, energy solutions, or related industries is preferred.
- Sales or Project Management skills and experience;
- Proven experience working with municipalities, public authorities, or government entities, is a plus.
- Experience in energy/electrical market is a plus;
- A deep understanding of the eMobility market, public infrastructure development, and sustainable urban mobility trends is a plus.
- Nice to have knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within the power, gas and energy efficiency sectors;
- Advanced English skills;
- Driver's licence;
- Proficiency in [CRM tools, MS Office, etc.]
