Key Account Manager (Marine Technical Insulation & HVAC)

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales Management, or any other commercial role.
  • Experience in the insulation and/or HVAC industry, ideally in marine, offshore, shipyard, energy or petrochemical sectors.
  • Proven knowledge of sales and bidding processes.
  • Familiarity with international trade, logistics, and transportation management is a plus.
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales projects, particularly in the marine and offshore industries.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Romanian, written and verbal, is essential.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Lead sales of industrial insulation products and materials, with a particular focus on the marine industry. Manage and expand existing client relationships in Romania and develop new ones.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, and sales channels. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Operational Development: Foster and build strong relationships with all business stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our headquarters in Poland, reporting in a matrix structure to both the Chief Commercial Officer and Marine Business Director. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales and operational goals.
