Requirements and Skills
  • Technical academic background (Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering studies); other specializations are welcomed, ideally, they will be compensated with relevant or transferable experience of approximative 1 year in the industry of renewable energy or related.
  • Technical knowledge of the renewable energy business is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of discussing technical concepts or requirements with prospective leads and partners, with a drive to create long-lasting partnerships.
  • Advanced Negotiation skills.
  • Perseverant, resilient, able to maintain motivation in case of roadblocks to success.
  • Mediator abilities, able to spot, prevent and/or solve conflicts; problem-solver, positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by growth, adaptable and flexible to learn, progress and change.
  • Well-organized, and able to handle several different projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • English -intermediate / professional level.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Mobility to travel across the North-West region of Romania (Maramures, Satu Mare, Bihor, Salaj, Cluj, Bistrita Nasaud), with a frequency of approximately 55%-60% of the working time.
  • Valid Driver’s license.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop the business lines and products in your perimeter, by focusing on customer acquisition within the allocated territory (NV, Maramures, Satu Mare, Bihor, Salaj, Cluj, Bistrita Nasaud).
  • Foster a highly collaborative relationship with all external and internal stakeholders, from the client(s), contractors, subcontractors and colleagues, to create and maintain sustainable business growth and success on the role.
  • Generate new sales leads and identify opportunities for growth in the administrated region, by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitors.
  • Contact potential and existing clients, creating and maintaining a solid customer portfolio, by identifying clients’ needs and providing technical solutions;
  • Consult and negotiate proposed solutions, having in view the development of long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and assessments to verify correct product usage and identify areas for improvement; provide continuous support and customer assistance, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted advisor and sole point of contact.
  • Identify, qualify and proactively communicate on opportunities for new business (up-sales/cross-sales) and assume implementation ownership where the case.
  • Mediate and solve any problem or potential conflict risen between all stakeholders in assigned projects, from landlords to renters, contractors, subcontractors or other clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and assessments to verify correct product usage and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team from the contractors and clients to ensure continuous improvement and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
  • Attend training & webinars, keep updated on product and technology changes and implement information in solutions & quotation or on other relevant topics.
  • Negotiate acquisitions and /or lease of target spaces, liaise with businesses to close advantageous contracts for all products in your portfolio, be it in renewable energy field or related.

  • Manage all contracts management, from terms and conditions to implementations follow-ups and timely negotiation where the case.
  • Ensure legal documentation is prepared and accurate for projects in implementation, and that all necessary authorizations are obtained and valid, from projects authorization to of RFPs, rentals, acquisitions etc.
  • Obtain required regulatory documentation and legal permits from concerned local authorities (city halls, district councils etc) and ensuring all legal provisions are met before projects implementation.
