What do you need to be successful?
- Medium level of English (spoken + written), at least B2;
- Computer skills (medium level), especially Word;
- Completed higher education (no specific field required)
- Experience with procedures (is a plus);
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things;
- Well organized, punctual person with eye for detail;
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Description
- Resolving daily picking errors;
- Checking inventory discrepancies;
- Checking picker and box activity;
- Checking the quality of already packed orders;
- Observing and correcting packing rules;
- Checking transfer orders for branches;
- Checking the quality of stacking packages on a pallet;
- Random quality control of boxes during unpacking and receiving;
- Random quality control of products from returned packages.
- Collecting all damaged products, repairing, registering, preparing for the Czech Republic and creating necessary documents;
- Recording all errors in Shift Planner, feedback;
- Back-up for resolving emails, complaints, tickets in the Call Center department;
- Following the instructions of the Team Leader in the Quality department.
