Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer premium customer service by assisting clients over the phone or by e-mail/whatsapp messages.
- Process online & phone orders and send them to thhe Production department;
- Fulfill daily orders and prepare them for courier delivery;
- List new products on our website and partner websites.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve online targets.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required: you will receive inhouse training based on Customer service excellency standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach;
- Friendly, approachable and professional attitude;
- Detail - oriented with good time management skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
