Job Description
What are they looking for
- Someone that has recently graduated from a technical/construction university
- An analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- A self-thought individual that is constantly trying to improve his/her skills
- Exceptional English both written and spoken (C1).
- A great team player that can easily adapt to various situations
- Good understanding of architectural plans
- AutoCAD Knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Any experience in the construction industry is highly beneficial
What’s in it for you
- Starting salary of 4500 RON/month
- After 3 months of probation, you will get meal tickets (400 RON) and private medical insurance
- Intensive training scheme (up to 6 months)
- Performance Bonuses
- Ability to work from anywhere (literally)
- An amazing career path with a deep understanding of the UK construction market
- You will be working on a large number of UK based projects across almost all sectors
