Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree (Information Technology , Business Administration, Finance or related field);
- Preferably, minimum 1+ year experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous;
- Basic understanding of SAP modules relevant to the position: familiarity with Financial Accounting, Controlling, eSAF-T, financial legislation
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, such as ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement; strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues effectively
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills, such as effective verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and end-users; capacity to translate technical information into user-friendly language
- Adaptability and Learning Agility – willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes; openness to participate in training sessions and obtain relevant certifications
- Team collaboration – ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, experience in supporting cross-functional teams during ERP implementations is a plus
- Language proficiency – fluency in Romanian is essential and proficiency in English is beneficial, especially since the role involves collaboration with international teams and documentation
- Certifications – while not mandatory, certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant modules or financial training certificates could enhance the candidate’s profile
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);
Job Description
The Junior ERP IT Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP ERP modules **FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling)**, while also contributing to SAP implementation projects. The role ensures system functionality, assists in financial business process improvements, and provides user support and training.
Tasks related to other IT systems within the company (current and future) will also be part of daily responsibilities, including back development and customization.
- SAP Implementation Support (General)
- Ensure SAP system stability for FI and CO modules.
- Provide timely and effective support to end-users.
- Ensure accuracy in data migration and system testing during implementation.
- Document SAP FI/CO processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and financial reporting standards.
- Development of customized T-codes or interfaces in plant
