Junior ERP IT Specialist (FI-CO Modules)

• Preferably Bachelor's degree (Information Technology , Business Administration, Finance or related field);
• Preferably, minimum 1+ year experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous;
• Basic understanding of SAP modules relevant to the position: familiarity with Financial Accounting, Controlling, eSAF-T, financial legislation
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, such as ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement; strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues effectively
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills, such as effective verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and end-users; capacity to translate technical information into user-friendly language
• Adaptability and Learning Agility – willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes; openness to participate in training sessions and obtain relevant certifications
• Team collaboration – ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, experience in supporting cross-functional teams during ERP implementations is a plus
• Language proficiency – fluency in Romanian is essential and proficiency in English is beneficial, especially since the role involves collaboration with international teams and documentation
• Certifications – while not mandatory, certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant modules or financial training certificates could enhance the candidate’s profile
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);

• SAP Implementation Support (General)
• Ensure SAP system stability for FI and CO modules.
• Provide timely and effective support to end-users.
• Ensure accuracy in data migration and system testing during implementation.
• Document SAP FI/CO processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and financial reporting standards.
• Development of customized T-codes or interfaces in plant
