Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;

- No previous insurance knowledge is expected: we provide the training, you have the potential.

Job Description
- Accurately and efficiently perform and process vendor screenings (e.g., insurance, operations) utilizing in-house applications and approved (government) websites;
- Achieve productivity and quality standards;
- Examine Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to client requirements;
- Interpret and verify policy coverages, changes, or renewals by following the procedural guidelines;
- Follow-up with insurance agents/vendors via email to verify policy coverage and cancellations;
- Get involved in small/larger additional projects to ensure the good functioning of the team;
- Day-to-day communication with other teams in the department, answer questions and provide advice on the verification process.
