Job description:
- verifying / preparing of order proposals / orders
- tracking orders and order status
- tracking of monitoring tools
- organizing deliveries (request bills, communicate with suppliers and branches, contact forwarding agents and order, inform the warehouse)
- find solutions in case of discrepancy (over-delivery, missing products, difference of price or quantity, etc.)
- perform price comparison
- collaborate with other teams & projects
- data analysis
Working time:
Mo – Fr: 08:00 – 17:00
