Job Description
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries and provide support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
