Job Description
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience is required, ideally with a background in Purchasing. Previous experience in a multinational, matrix-structured environment would be an advantage;
- English language & Excel – medium – advanced level is a must;
- Availability to travel abroad when needed;
- Knowledge of spreadsheet processing; experience with ERP systems would be a plus;
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative;
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently;
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize;
- Excellent time management;
- Pro-active & open-minded person and ready to learn.
- Taking care of day-to-day relationship with the suppliers and Teilor Sales force;
- Analyze trends, sales and stock figures and make order proposals;
- Check and negotiate prices and PT&C with suppliers, follow-up on deliveries;
- Make sure deliveries are done according to agreed quantities and quality level;
- Receive and dispatch the goods according to each individual store needs;
- Regularly check stock distribution within the network and suggest optimizations;
- Keeping a proper level of data accuracy in ERP;
- Attend to European and International Jewelry Fairs ;
- Offers support for colleagues from Purchasing department when needed.
