The ideal candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OS senior tehnical lead who is passionate about implementing and managing innovative and efficient technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to develop creative solutions to complex problems. They should have a technical background in IT solutions engineering, including experience with virtualization, networking, and scripting technologies.
Experience & Technical Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Basic and advanced knowledge of Windows Server
- Installation and configuration: familiar with the installation and configuration of different versions of Windows Server.
- Roles and characteristics: server roles, such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and how to configure them correctly.
· Experience with MDT and SCCM
-MDT configuration: Ability to install and configure MDT, including creating and modifying tasks (Task Sequences).
-Task Sequence in SCCM: configuring and debugging tasks in SCCM to automate the implementation of operating systems.
· Knowledge of scripting
-PowerShell: Ability to write and understand PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, manage configurations and customize deployment.
-Batch scripting: The ability to write and understand batch scripts
• Networking knowledge
-Network configurations: understanding the basic concepts of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and how they affect the implementation of a server.
· Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
-Debugging in MDT/SCCM: Ability to resolve common issues that may arise during image creation and deployment, such as driver errors, software compatibility issues, etc.
-Logs: The ability to analyze logs to identify and correct problems.
· Knowledge of drivers and hardware compatibility
-Driver management: understanding how to integrate and manage the drivers required for different hardware configurations in the Windows Server image.
-Hardware compatibility: Knowledge of Windows Server hardware requirements and how to ensure compatibility during implementation.
· Security
-Security configurations: The ability to apply security policies, to configure firewalls and other security settings in the Windows Server image.
-Patch management: Understanding and applying security updates and patches within the Windows Server image, Windows desktop
· Documentation and change management
-Process documentation: Ability to properly document the steps and configurations used to create the image
-Change management: Understanding the change management process, changes are implemented correctly and are approved before being applied.
Language Skills:
Very good English skills written and verbal (able to participate and communicate in meetings and teleconferences in English).

You will work closely with other team members, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
The OS senior tehnical lead will work on more than one project simultaneously and will need to be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time. They will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology solutions and processes, and to stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
