Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage internal IT infrastructure, including servers, laptops, desktop computers, printers, and phones.
- Manage network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems across all devices, regularly applying firmware, software updates, and security patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to protect information assets, including firewall rules, endpoint security, and access control.
- Monitor system health and performance using automated tools, identifying and addressing anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and security threats.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime and business impact.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure proper security and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain the company’s mail server, ensuring availability, security, proper mail flow, spam filtering, and compliance with email policies.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes, ensuring up-to-date records for troubleshooting and compliance purposes.
- Participate in IT audits by providing system logs, documentation, and technical explanations as needed to demonstrate compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate with third-party providers to support security assessments and testing, ensuring that identified risks are assessed and mitigated.
