Ideal Candidate
- Experience in user support, computer networks, and computer hardware configuration and installation
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows workstation environments (Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of server systems (Windows Server)
- Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot computers connected to AD; experience with Azure AD would be appreciated
- Knowledge of terminal services solutions and system and application update services
- Knowledge of networking issues (e.g., TCP/IP v4 protocol operation, VLAN, WAN, LAN, QoS)
- Skills in configuring network devices
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Availability – readiness to handle failures
- A driving license
