Ideal Candidate

Virtualization Expertise:
Proficiency in using virtualization platforms such as VMware or Proxmox.

Advanced Linux Knowledge:
Mandatory experience in administering Linux servers, particularly Debian and Ubuntu Server distributions.
Ability to manage and optimize servers in Linux environments.

Basic Automation Skills:
Familiarity with automation concepts using Python.
Ability to create simple scripts to streamline administrative processes.

Job Description

1. Deploying and configuring Windows Server
- Installing and configuring Windows Server
- Installing and configuring the necessary Windows Server services
- System update. Updating to a newer OS version
- Optimized settings to improve performance
2. Active Directory Maintenance
- Creating and deleting users/groups/organizational units
- Creating and deleting rights
- Creation and configuration of trusting relationships
- Creating and configuring group policies
- Creating, deleting and re-issuing certificates
- Setting up integration with third-party services
3. Deployment, configuration and maintenance of DNS
- Creation of new zones/records
- Setting up zone forwarding
- Deleting out-of-date records/zones
4. Deployment and configuration of MSSQL
- Copying, moving, creating and deleting databases
- Setting up database maintenance plans
- Setting up database backup
- Setup and configuration of MSSQL monitoring
5. Training and consultations:
- Providing training and advice on using the software
- Development of recommendations for optimizing Windows infrastructure
6.Technical support:
- Providing technical support on Windows infrastructure issues
- Responding to problems and conducting diagnostics.
7. Update Windows and services
- Windows OS update
- Updating services on Windows servers
8. Automation and optimization of processes (as a plus):
- Development and implementation of scripts and automated processes.
