Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of previous experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.q: Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Description
- Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for needs of Invoicing Operations department.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear, easy-to-comprehend and actionable manner.
- Customize reports to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.

- Ensure data integrity and security by following best practices and company policies.
- Develop and implement data quality checks and validation processes.
- Monitoring KPIs to achieve the goals of the department
- Work closely with IT, finance, marketing, operations, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver reports.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex data concepts.
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Recommend and implement new technologies or methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
