The Company processes personal data of the persons applying to be employed in a position within the Company, in compliance with all legal provisions regarding confidentiality and data protection, as well as internal policies on data protection and ensuring their security ("Candidate" or "Candidate").
The purpose of this Data Processing Notice (“Notice”) is to let you know how we will process your personal data included by you in your CV, or in any other document you send us with the purpose of applying for a position within our Company or new press releases in interviews ("CV").
This Notice is not an integral part of any individual employment contract and we will modify it periodically, this version being an updated one. This Notice is an integral part of the Company's Procedures. Therefore, we inform you that, in order to carry out the recruitment process for the position for which you applied, and to conclude the employment contract (if applicable), during the recruitment process the Company processes your personal data included in the CV, as a Candidate (for example : your name and surname, sex, date of birth, address, e-mail, telephone number, previous professional experience, studies, picture - if the CV contains your photo), IP address, browser type , device type and other information that you decide to include in your CV, as well as other information that we will request during this process and which is relevant for assessing the compatibility of your experience with the available position (all hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal data"). Please let us know if there are any changes regarding your Personal Data.
By providing the contact details of previous employers, you agree to contacting them in order to obtain references about your professional activity.
We inform you that your Personal Data may be transmitted, for the same purpose, to the contractual partners of the Company, such as recruitment companies, in order to analyse your experience, human or legal resources consultants, other subcontractors, to carry out the necessary steps for pre-employment ( if applicable).
Insofar as you will not be contacted for an interview or if, following the recruitment process, you will not be chosen for the position for which you have applied, we will keep your CV for any similar positions you may be interested in, but not more than 12 months, period after which we will destroy or delete your data from our systems. Your personal data may be kept for a longer period in the event of the occurrence or possibility of a dispute between you and us, until it is resolved.
If you do not want us to keep your CV for future positions (in case you will not be recruited for the position for which you applied), please give us an email stating: "I do not want to be included in the database for future positions”, and your CV will be deleted immediately after the completion of the recruitment process.
The legal basis for the processing of your Personal Data is your consent to art. 6 para. 1 letter a) of EU Regulation 679/2016 and the need to execute the necessary steps before concluding a contract (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) second sentence of EU Regulation 679/2016) (if you have been selected). For the transfer of Personal Data to group companies, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Company (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of EU Regulation 679/2016).

We do not take responsibility for any accidental or intentional incident regarding the processing of Personal Data performed by the owner of this platform. The company is only responsible for those incidents that have occurred since your CV reached us.
Pursuant to the legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
- to request access to Personal Data from the Company, as well as rectification of the data;
- to request the deletion of Personal Data, to oppose to its processing, with the mention that this will not affect the legality of the processing performed before you oppose to the processing;
- to request the restriction of the processing until the rectification of the data is carried out or, insofar as you oppose to the processing, until the moment of solving this request;
- to file a complaint to a supervisory authority for the processing of personal data, or to the courts;
- the right to data portability (if applicable).
We mention that, at the level of the Company, there is no automatic decision-making process that would lead to the creation of a profile of yours, any evaluations of a professional nature will be carried out within the limits and with the procedures allowed by the legal provisions.
