Who You Are
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Experienced in interior renovations, construction, or real estate

• A strong communicator, able to connect with designers, contractors, and property owners
• Resourceful and independent, taking initiative while ensuring attention to detail
• Comfortable with on-site coordination in Bucharest and hold a Category B driver’s license

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the full renovation process—from planning to execution
• Act as the key connector between designers, construction teams, and clients
• Find creative solutions to keep projects running efficiently and within budget
• Source materials, manage procurement, and ensure deliveries stay on schedule
• Identify new suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
• Oversee final quality checks and handovers to the hospitality management team
