Job Description

As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality commercial proposals for Projects & Upgrades within Emerson's Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio. You will work closely with sales and operations teams across Europe to identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries including Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power, and Renewables.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:
* To provide all vital support to the team on any assigned proposal and order activities, ensuring the customer’s requirements are fully understood, the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed, methodologies, resources and techniques across all the inside sales activities are proactively applied, minimizing the execution time, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule.
* To be responsible for the overall quality of work undertaken by the team, including actions arising from audits/customer feedback, and ensure that the team is fully aware of Quality Control principles, standards and procedures.
* To develop partnerships, where applicable, with Emerson Front Sales Offices, Centers of Excellence, external customers and other partners, ensuring customer satisfaction across all the work undertaken by the team.
* To create an inclusive and supportive environment for personnel within the team and actively support team members in achieving any personal development objectives that may have been set.
* To act as a line manager for personal development or improvement, appraisals, grievances, performance feedback communication, recruitment etc. for the members of the assigned team, supporting budgeting and cost control process.
* To ensure that all the inside sales activities assigned to the team are adequately resourced and the team’s resources’ utilization is on target; when needed, secure additional resources – other Emerson staff from Centers of Excellence, temporary staff, permanent staff, etc..
* To ensure that the incremental improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s delivery are being made, driven by the culture of continuous improvement, that leverages the resources of the wider organization, technical and process standardization, process automation tools and knowledge sharing.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience" in Engineering or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in English.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Showed experience in team leadership, development, and guidance.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Experience in commercial and sales support
* Experience in process automation or IT infrastructure
* Project management skills
