Job Description
The Innovation Manager in Marketing will be responsible for driving new and innovative strategies to enhance our marketing efforts. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution, alongside the ability to foster creativity.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement mid- and long-term Innovation strategy to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for Innovation
- Plan and implement the annual agenda of innovation workshops, to foster a culture of innovation.
- Coordinates and collaborates with the global team, analysing global innovation agenda and ensuring internal replication of relevant initiatives for local market
- Directly coordinates key innovation projects at the company level (transversal, cross-category) such as new packaging formats, new production technologies
- Develop and coordinate key innovation projects in certain product categories, in collaboration with the Category teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute Innovation projects
- Monitoring and coordinating innovation project teams regarding their project progress (and adoption of the Innovation process)
- Ensure team training on the company's innovation process, stages, and objectives
- Monitoring innovation indicators to achieve the company's objectives
