• Travel to install, troubleshoot and repair CNC machine at customer sites
• Must have hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery, including 5-axis CNC machines and PLC's (including complex logic.)
• Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance.
• Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions.
• Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity.
• Act as a company ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success.︀︅️︎︋︋️︌​︂︆︄︆​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
