Job Description
- Comunica cu Managerul de mentenata si Managerul Tehnic in ceea ce priveste planificarea si realizarea intretinerii echipamentelor si instalatiilor
- Participa la planificarea si organizarea intretinerii echipamentelor electrice si electronice pentru toate liniile de productie, inclusiv pentru sectorul de asigurare utilitati.
- Se ocupa de planul de verificare si / sau calibrare al instrumentatiei si aparaturii de control in linie si se asigura ca este actualizat permanent.
- Verifica si se asigura ca echipamentele din zona PCC-urilor functioneaza corect (detectorul de metale, verificarile periodice).
- Se asigura ca piesele de schimb critice, din punct de vedere electric si de automatizari pentru echipamente si instalatii, sunt identificate si disponibile.
- Se asigura ca lucrarile de intretinere si reparatii ale echipamentelor electrice si electronice sunt efectuate in concordanta cu instructiunile, procedurile si manualele de operare si intretinere respectand standardele de calitate ale proceselor si produselor.
- Se asigura ca informatiile referitoare la performantele echipamentelor sunt comunicate in mod efectiv si eficace celor implicati.
- Se asigura ca planurile de intretinere specifice (electric si electronic) sunt realizate si corelate cu planul de productie.
- Se asigura ca problemele referitoare la intretinerea echipamentelor si instalatiilor electrice si de automatizari din departamentul de productie sunt rezolvate la timp si in conformitate cu criteriile de calitate stabilite.
- Asigura suport si instruire pentru utilizarea si verificarea functionarii detectoarelor de metale atat pentru tehnicieni cat si pentru operatorii liniei.
