Job Description
- Diagnoses problems through discussions with users and provides the necessary support in identifying, isolating and solving reported problems;
- Actively participates in the project of migrating users from desktop to laptop;
- Installing and configuring laptops/desktops for new users;
- Provides support for logging in and configuring new user profiles;
- Solves other received tasks, as necessary.
