Requirements for eligibility:
- University degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Business Administration or comparable education
- First working experience, e.g. internships and extracurricular volunteering is desirable
- International experience by studying or working in foreign countries is also plus
- Fluent English language skills are required, an additional language would be an advantage
- Geographic mobility
- Good command in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks depending on importance
- Very good communication and presentation skills in a multicultural team
- Ability to learn "on the fly" and to drive for results
- Trustworthy, responsible and ethical in managing legal and confidential information
- Highly motivated and looking for outstanding career opportunities.
Job Description
What about your resposibilities?
- General operative HR tasks
- Communication with leaders and employees
- Responsibility for the onboarding process of new or promoted employees
- Responsibility for setting up an apprenticeship program, recruitment and mentorship for the apprentices
- Employer branding and liaising with universities and technical schools
- Involvement in further Human Resources processes and projects such as talent development or performance management.
