Job Description

Recruitment
  • Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties;
  • Posting job applications on social media and job sites;
  • Tracking open positions using recruiting software;
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements;
  • Conducting initial phone screenings;
  • Managing the résumé database;
  • Advertises employee job openings first, internally, and then, externally, in keeping with company recruitment policies. Manages the logistics of the recruiting process;
  • Schedules interviews for the Hiring Manager and Human Resources. Schedules additional interviews as needed;
  • Sorts and reviews resumes - manages the flow of paper applications and manages the recruiting email box. Provides the first review of resumes;
  • Maintains a filing system that retains qualified applications for one year;
  • Ensure that all relevant HR policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented and followed and meet all legislative requirements;
  • Provide HR key figures to meet internal and external requirements (staff turnover, leave of absence, etc.);
  • Ensure compliance with local law, employee rights and with the company’s code of conduct;
  • Ensure the integrity of HR related information;
  • Support in recruitment processes including administration of the e-recruiting tool;
  • General HR tasks and HR project support.

Onboarding
  • Responsible for the On-Boarding Program (Induction) for new hires, organization and tracking of probation period discussion;
  • Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles;
  • Preparing and distributing onboarding welcome gifts;
  • Creating clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations;
  • Crafting and sending communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks and similar items;
  • Ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed;
  • Occasionally hosting onboarding sessions;
  • Coordinating onboarding presentations and product demos;
  • Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation;
  • Aligning new employees with managers and their team and communicating involvement procedures to all stakeholders;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees;
  • Prioritizing and managing workload to meet critical deadlines;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and making recommendations on how to improve process efficiency;
  • Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times;
  • Challenging status quo and proactively identifying process improvements;
  • Identifying innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.

Business Partner
  • Acts as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing proactive HR support and guidance on people-related issues;
  • Manages employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts;
  • Supports the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans;
  • Advises on compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking, bonus programs, and employee benefits administration;
  • Identifies and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Supports organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and addressing their concerns;
  • Analyzes HR data to identify trends, measure key metrics, and provide insights to inform business decisions;
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations;
  • Promotes employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.

Processes
  • Write and adapt the internal HR processes in line with business needs and directions from HRD and CEO.

Additional
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director or other direct supervisors.
