Ideal Candidate
● At least of 3 years of experience in HR activity in a trade company (experience in an international environment will be considered as a plus): Search & Selection of employees (head-hunting), training and development programs, induction, evaluation and other HR Administration issues.
● Experience in an international environment will be considered as a plus;
● Preferably, a degree in psychology, sociology or HR;
● Native Romanian language and very good English language skills;
● Advanced computer user for information search on web, presentations, employees performance analysis in excel
● Extremely good communication skills;
● A strong sense of self-discipline and be well organized;
● An active and charismatic personality;

Job Description
● Recruitment: preparing job descriptions and ensuring that their distribution is appropriately targeted, head-hunting, managing the selection and interview process, checking references about the candidates;
● Training Coordination: identification training and development needs within the organization, organizing training and development programs for employees;
● Induction: following the induction training plans and ensuring the new staff member has got all the necessary work tools, information and knowledge of the company to start working;
● Evaluation: maintaining the regular evaluation interview, weekly following up the performance, managing annual survey of satisfaction with work;
● HR Administration: maintaining personnel files with all relevant records.
