Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that Molson Coors Beverage Company Payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and meeting accuracy and quality standards and targets
- Acts as final Payroll processing approver in the HR GBS team.
- Acts as main point of contact for payroll processes and procedures for HR Teams and stakeholders.
- Drives payroll best practice and optimization for Molson Coors Beverage Company (MCBC), in compliance with the law.
- Takes the lead in proposing Payroll process improvements, execute and close any findings from audit reports, root cause analysis of any problems occurring
- Prepares and analyzes Payroll data as required to support the MCBC Reward, Employment Tax and HR Operations teams.
- Acts as a trainer for new joiners in the payroll area.
- Actively participates in payroll impacting projects and conducts analysis on payroll data.
- Acts as a liaison for other departments in Molson Coors Global Business Services for the matters related to payroll
