Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in the HR function, ideally in an HR Business Partner role.
Deep understanding of HR practices and local labor laws.
Management of central HR-related topics along the employee life cycle from the employment contract to termination
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Romanian.
Ability to strategically plan and implement HR initiatives.
Analytical skills to evaluate HR data.
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization.
Ability to process and administrate Payroll.

Additional Information:

Job Description

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies and processes that support business objectives.
Responsible for recruiting, selecting and developing talent to ensure the business has the right skills and competencies.
Implementing and monitoring performance management processes and systems to improve employee performance and productivity.
Trusting cooperation with the works council. Negotiation of company agreements
Support in resolving employee conflicts and problems to ensure a positive working environment.
Assisting with change initiatives by developing HR strategies to ensure acceptance of change in the workforce
Ensuring legal and labor compliance in all HR practices and procedures.
Promoting effective communication and employee engagement to increase employee motivation and retention.
Assist in the design of competitive compensation and benefit packages.
Collect and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Process and administer payroll.
