Job Description
- Oversees the safety and security of a hotel's premises, CCTV monitoring and alarm systems to deter theft and ensure a safe environment.
- Perform regular patrols, report, and take actions for any risk.
- Respond to emergencies as part of the Emergency Hotel Structure.
- Perform loss prevention spot checks, bags check monitor access on hotel premises.
- Provide first aid, able to control & deescalate conflicts among customers or personnel.
