- Fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional language is an advantage
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management, and relevant hotel management software. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies as required Keen understanding of luxury service protocols and grooming standards.

This includes managing check-ins and check-outs, VIP arrivals and departures, and handling all guest requests with the highest level of care.
