Head of Engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy.
• Proven experience in project engineering for at least 5 years, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, of engineering software (AutoCAD or BricsCAD software). Knowledge of PVSYST software and experience in designing solar installations will be appreciated
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent use of the English language at the level of technical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with the construction team, the contractors, and the clients.

• Oversee technical planning and design for large-scale PV projects
• Oversee all aspects of project engineering, from initial design to construction, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solar and battery energy storage solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and customer requirements
• Develop plans and procedures for design review, quality inspection, and commissioning tasks
• Organization of the design process of Photovoltaic Parks. Coordination of Engineers in order to achieve the desired result within the deadlines
• Supervision and coordination of project design teams
• Participation in technical meetings with the Client and negotiation of the technical terms of the construction contract.
• Providing technical advice to construction site engineers and subcontractors
• Analysis of the requirements and technical specifications of the construction project to determine its design requirements
• Collaborate with electrical designers and civil engineers
• Develop and review grid connection designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, technical drawings and operation manuals
• Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for new projects
• Driving technical expertise, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success
• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints
