• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to control costs and minimize waste.
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve their best performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special event offerings.
