Ideal Candidate
- Fluent functional knowledge in regulatory areas: EU and local legislations, all aspects related to food production, food additives, claims and communication to consumers.
- Good orientation in regulatory differences within CEGB.
- University decree in Food or Nutrition Science/Technology, Food Chemistry or similar.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong skills in standard office software.
- Leadership Skills: setting agenda, driving for results, negotiation, influencing skills, communication, project management, building relationships.
- Ability to co-operate with others, gaining people for achieving results.
- Self-starter, work on her own, team player.
- Verbal and analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Experience in working under pressure

This role is accountable of ensuring business compliance with technical food and beverages regulations across RO, BG, Republica Moldova/EU & Support the business in execution innovation and refresh/ update projects.
Responsibilities:
* Is up to day with RO and EU legislation
* Working closely with R&D, MK, PPGA, RA, Legal
* Act as a regulatory resource
* Ensure product and packaging compliance with technical food regulations including review and approval of ingredients and implementation of new regulatory requirements, including labelling
* Develop labelling file in line with RO and EU legislation
* CAST / food system check/approve recipe, develop label set
* Keep up to day RA data base
