Job Description


What You’ll Be Doing:

Financial Tasks:
  • Issue and manage customer invoices, including tracking overdue payments.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly P&L and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor expenses, budgets, and variances to ensure financial alignment.
  • Collaborate with banks on company financing processes and maintain relationships.
  • Coordinate with external accounting firms or auditors for compliance and reporting.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage courier orders and maintain organized archives.
  • Prepare documents for signature and handle routine office correspondence.
  • Support team members with administrative needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Place orders for office supplies and other essentials as needed.

What We’ll Expect From You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, combining financial and administrative tasks.
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and capable of taking ownership of the processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proactively identify problems, anticipate obstacles, and push things forward
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
