Financial analyst

• University graduate on Finance and Accounting/Economics
• Previous experience in business finance or other relevant experience
• Knowledge and understanding of financial accounting framework (IFRS) would be considered a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, pro-active and can work under tight deadlines
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and attention to details
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Good business acumen
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
• Report on monthly financial and non-financial performance, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new regulations or policies
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Support the development and documentation of policies, controls and business processes / tools
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Work closely with accounting for the cost accounting related analysis and reconciliations
