Job Description

Are you an experienced leader in the Food and Beverage industry with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a talented F&B Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Meeting & Events and The Shop operations;
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service;
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food, alcohol and labor costs;
  • Control and report monthly stock take;
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures;
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team;
  • Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue;
  • Ensure that monthly working schedules are made and maintained in accordance with local legislation;
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards and Restaurant & Bar concept;
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team;
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted;
  • Continuously follow market trends;
  • Be environmentally aware;
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and labor law.
