Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, ensuring top-quality execution of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient Outlook calendar management;
- Handle email correspondence and document requests on behalf of the CEO;
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics;
- Prioritize multiple tasks, addressing urgent matters proactively;
- Act as a project coordinator for internal and external events;
- Prepare board presentations, attend key meetings, and take minutes;
- Track major projects and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Provide general administrative support as required.

Job Description
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in assisting an executive;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A strong work ethic, a sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- A solution-oriented mindset with a keen sense of business acumen;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Proficiency in English.
