Ideal Candidate

  • Ideally you have a higher professional education in Commerce, Business Economics, Business Administration, International Business Management or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an assistant in a dynamic environment, with further training as an executive assistant being advantageous.
  • You can communicate confidently in English & German - both verbal and in writing.

Job Description

Our Export Delivery Center (EDC), based in Bucharest, provides Accounting and Tax Compliance support services to clients across the global PwC Network.
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join the fast-growing Export Delivery Center team.
In this role you would be working to support PwC firms in Western Europe with their Personal Assistant services.

What you will be doing
  • Complex calendar management with important stakeholders within the firm (including, managing the calendar independently, coordinating appointments, booking of meeting rooms).
  • Inbox Management: Coordinating appointments and monitoring deadlines – keeping sensitive data confidential.
  • Organization, preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings.
  • Writing minutes in German and English for the monthly People Board meetings.
  • Creating presentation.
  • Travel coordination for national and international business trips.
  • Technical and administrative support.
  • Actively support in international projects.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events (Social events, Aperos, meetings).
  • Actively participate in internal platforms and information channels, promoting information flow between different departments.
  • Be the point of contact in the presence and absence of your portfolio both internally and externally.
  • Expense management.
